Our suggestions for small spaces:

• STORAGE! STORAGE! STORAGE!!!
• Multi-Functional furniture is KEY. But search for something that is quality and long lasting...there's nothing worse than having your sofa bed break just in time for bed. Yikes!
• Also, create a cohesive color palette to use throughout your space. This will pull everything together. And don't feel like you have to stay all BRIGHT WHITE! If you have the correct color palette, everything will work together.
• Lastly, be realistic about your expectations. Do you REALLY have the lifestyle that will support a minimal space? REALLLLLLLLY think about it (coming from a girl who has BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN!!!).
